RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We offer a 30-day returns policy for eligible items. This is in addition to your legal rights.
Change of mind (unopened items)
If you’ve changed your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- the product is unused and unopened; and
- all seals/tamper-evident packaging are intact; and
- it is returned in the original packaging; and
- you provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email is fine).
Important (health & hygiene)
Because this is an ingestible supplement, we cannot accept returns if the seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

- your order number
- the reason for the return
- photos (if the item is damaged/faulty or incorrect)

Do not send items back without requesting a return first. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return postage
- Change of mind (unopened, seal intact): you are responsible for return postage unless we confirm otherwise.
- Faulty/damaged/incorrect items: we will cover reasonable return postage costs (or reimburse them) once confirmed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence you’ve sent them back). Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund.
Your legal rights (UK)
If you bought online (distance sale), you generally have a 14-day right to cancel (cooling-off period). You then generally have a further 14 days to return the goods after telling us you want to cancel.
For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, the right to cancel may be lost once unsealed.
If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may have additional rights and remedies under UK consumer law, including a short-term right to reject in many cases.
European Union customers (if we ship to the EU)
If your order is delivered into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel/return within 14 days of delivery, subject to exceptions (including sealed goods once unsealed for health/hygiene reasons).
