SHIPPING POLICY

1) Where we ship
We currently ship to customers in the United Kingdom (UK) only.
2) Processing time (dispatch)
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of receiving your order.
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
3) Delivery method and estimated delivery times
Standard UK Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Large Letter where possible)
Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch (delivery aims are not guaranteed).
Optional Upgrade: Royal Mail Tracked 24
Estimated delivery: next working day from the date of dispatch (delivery aims are not guaranteed).
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by peak periods, weather, service disruptions, or events outside our control.
- “Working days” are Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
4) Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
5) Tracking
If you select a tracked service, you’ll receive tracking details in your dispatch confirmation email. Tracking updates may take time to appear after drop-off.
6) Large Letter packaging
Our product is packaged to fit through most letterboxes (Large Letter format where possible).
If you order multiple units (or if your order exceeds Large Letter size/weight limits), we may ship it as a parcel using the most appropriate Royal Mail service. Any changes in postage format will not affect what you are charged at checkout.
7) Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once returned, but you may be asked to pay the reshipping cost.
8) Missed deliveries / marked as delivered
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order:
- please check your safe place, neighbours, building reception, and around your property
- then contact us at ant@loveux.co.uk and we’ll help investigate
9) Lost or delayed items
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at ant@loveux.co.uk with your order number.
We will work with Royal Mail to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights.
10) Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at ant@loveux.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the damage (outer packaging and product)
